Visited Brampton yesterday and was invited to church today. This mornings service was lay led and expertly so. Really appreciate all the planning and effort that went into leading the service , thank you some brilliant connecting comments. All designed to lead us jhto the sermon while concentrating our minds. Then brilliant sermon very thought provoking. Everyone was very warm and welcoming. Lots if chat over coffee

I visited Brampton but not the church although more than 53 years ago I worshipped at nearby Farlam Cumbria has a unique atmosphere very peaceful but looking at St Martin's church on the Google it looks inviting
