We've been using Stacatruc for some years now and I've had the pleasure to manage them as a supplier for the last 5 years. Recent engagement was excellent with a very competent and polite Engineer by the name of Jim Cole. He went above and beyond and covered all the areas we required and more. Do not take out a contract hire agreement with this useless company! We opted for a 5 year deal with a fully maintained truck that has been nothing but trouble. The refurbished trucks are poor quality and the workmanship completing the repairs is obviously sub-standard. 1 week after delivery, the head gasket went causing several weeks down time. This has now happened 4 times and the truck hardly gets used! The most recent of which has caused another months downtime and they now won't repair the truck as it's uneconomical (requires new engine). Due to the downtime, we have had to purchase another truck to keep us going and Stacatruc will not let us terminate the agreement without a returns inspection which states 'must be returned in good working order'. It's not working due to them not completing the repairs, but they want an open ended purchase order to complete necessary works found on the off hire inspection. Just AVOID

Really pleased with our new Clark S30D forklift. We ordered just before the first lockdown, this proved a difficult period for us financially but Tim and his team were understanding as we had to delay delivery. We went to look over our new forklift just before delivery and Paul was very helpful and informative. Would not hesitate to recommend Stacatruc.
