My old high school bike, needed some well deserved TLC, many bike repair shops didn't want to help, due to its age. but thanks to Ed, gave my old bike a new lease of life. Having had to use large chain bike shops for a while I was really happy to find a local bike shop who are also a dealer for my bike brand. Ed is friendly and very helpful giving knowledgeable advice on the servicing of your bike. Communication is excellent whether that be email or text. Ed is very thorough, he inspects your bike first then sends you a report which advises you of the work needed and cost. I find the servicing costs to be fair and all issues with my bike have been fixed with no problems afterwards. You receive a full receipt with a full breakdown of work completed and parts used. I have not received this type of receipt and report from any previous bike shop and it is really useful for keeping a service history of your bike. Having had my road bike serviced multiple times I am looking forward to taking my mountain bike in for some upgrades. Support your local bike shop!
