Would just like to say thanks, as I'd found myself a long way from home with a missing wheel nut, fortunately I had a spare but nothing to put it on with. A tech came out and fitted the replacement and was happy to check all other nuts were torqued correctly.
Will definitely use Stan Palmer Honda if I am out that way in the future.

Just collected my new 2nd hand car from Cockermouth branch.
This is my 3rd car I've bought now from Cockermouth branch and with Gary (salesman) who as always makes everything comfortable and as plain sailing as possible.

Went there with a problem with the electric folding mirrors. Technicians looked at it and very quickly resolved the issue. Even more impressive there was no charge. The problem was easy to sort and was dealt with in a matter of minutes. Reception quickly contacted me to collect the vehicle.

I had an issue with my timing chain on my Honda Civic Type R they were happy to help me, got my car booked in and fixed within a couple days they were happy to loan me a car for them few days so I could still make it to and from work. I've since had the car back in for a few more fixes my car runs brilliantly now I will definitely be going back if I have any future problems or require a service... First class all round and very friendly staff.
