Lovely place to go with the kids, family or just on your own, they open twice a year over May and August Bank Holiday to the public, but do have open days throughout the year, lots to see and do and for only £5 per adult, children are free depending on age.

A most enjoyable 2mile ride around part of the estate through a dark tunnel twice. A pity this is only open to the public twice a year. Well done to to volunteers.

Only open a few days a year. Check carefully. The longest and most interesting miniature railway I have ever been on. The volunteers look after the trains superbly. They deserve to be very proud of their work.

Went here with my little boy. Very reasonably priced to get into. The railway is amazing takes you a long route around the site (around a 20min journey) and for a very good price. I paid £7.50 for 3 rides on the train and my little one loves all things trains. The trains themselves very nice. Proper miniature steam trains. Staff was very friendly and welcoming would defiently reccomend going if you are interested in trains. Only small issue I have is they only open the miniature railway a couple of times a year which Is a shame.

Only attended during the August bank holiday weekend, but every time we have attended its been a wonderful experience, made to feel extremely welcome and helps to raise money for a great cause.

Superb miniature railway. Open on 2/3 weekends a year fund raising for LOROS. Train trip takes around 13 minutes and costs £3. Great fun for all kids old and young.
