Just received my boots back and I could not be happier! The shafts were originally far too tight and after being told no by multiple cobblers, I nearly gave up and returned them. I am very glad I did a little bit of research and found Star Cobblers. Now they fit perfectly, even have a little extra room so I can wear jeans with them. They were very nice, helpful, and professional and the process was very smooth. The result looks so clean too. Cannot recommend them enough. Thank you!

Used the Star Cobblers postal service to have elastic panels put into the calves of boots that were too tight. Had really struggled to find anywhere near me able to do the work but no issue at all for Star Cobblers. Straight forward professional service, received my boots back today and the craftsmanship is second to none. The panels look like they were part of the original boot design. Thank you so much for your work!

I had a pair of soft leather espadrilles that I managed to put a hole in the toe of. I sent a photo and asked for a quote to repair them. The quote was really reasonable so I sent them off. When they were returned if you didn't know the espadrilles you wouldn't know they had been repaired. 5* service and brilliant communications.

Adrian is an amazing cobbler... who has turned his hand to any number of skills... including sharpening knifes; secateurs and loppers. To many to mention ... and it is sad that he is now retiring. Wishing you a wonderful retirement and hope that the new people (long with your lass apprentice) offer the same excellent care and service that you have for 37 years. You will be greatly missed. 🙁

Brilliant, just brilliant. Fast friendly service at a more than fair price.
I had a pair of my partners designer boots shortened in the leg length. The finish is incredible. You'd hardly know they had been altered. Highly recommended

I am absolutely delighted at the upgrade Star Cobblers carried out on my boots. I bought a pair of boots from eBay but the arch of my foot was too high to get the boots on. I asked a local cobbler to add a zip but they said it wasn't possible. I searched the internet and found Star Cobblers who did an amazingly professional job. I'm thrilled with the outcome. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend their services.
