Harry of Steelmakers helped me design our sliding gates for the driveway and was patient and knowledgeable. It took almost 9 months and several visits to get the design I wanted. Harry is a wonderful man and patiently drove me to some houses where he had worked and I even got to meet some of the owners who all spoke so highly of him and the work he had done. He knew about the motors but also the practical aspects of the best way to have a door intercom and communication with us inside the house. He is very knowledgeable and custom made the gates to our design specification. in out case it was the sliding gate and the railings. Inevitably there were some teething problems but this is where he excels because he ALWAYS is there for you. He promptly attended and would not leave until everything was in order. I have had the gates serviced on and off and it has been 6 years since they were installed. We interviewed several companies and Harry shone through in being reasonably priced but also offering fabulous aftercare and the quality of his work is excellent. I have recommended him to others in our street and they have also been very happy. I would strongly recommend him.

Harry and Ash fabricated and fitted bespoke bi-folding driveway gates for us. We highly recommend their service. They’re friendly, polite, knowledgeable and reliable. We had an issue with the upright post on one side, but they addressed this promptly. The gates look great and have enhanced the overall look of our house. And it keeps the dogs safe from the road outside!

What an absolute gem of a business. Harry and Ash were phenomenal. They fitted two driveway gates for us, the craftsmanship that went into them is faultless.
