All the staff members that I had contact with at Stoneacre Cleckheaton were great to deal with, from my 1st point of contact to arrange a test drive, right through to the point of collecting the car. I was particularly pleased with the staff member who first showed me around the car before I went for a test drive; he explained how the lease works through motability and explained and showed me all the features of the car that I was interested in. Charlotte kept me updated during the wait and then talked me through some of the features on the cars screen and showed me round the car in more detail during the handover. I highly recommend this dealership to everyone.
