Emma was just phenomenal, she laid out every single aspect of the idea I provided her. We went through every single detail and she gave me play by play updates constantly to clear up any anxieties through communication. While I initially thought the cost was out of my range, there are certain things in life you don't cheap out on and a moment as memorable as a proposal is one of them. Also, she will give you what you need and want as opposed to what you think may work, she knows what to do and how to do it based on your ideas. Thanks for capturing our special day!

Emma made our proposal so incredibly perfect and memorable. I genuinely could not have asked for a better photographer, pictures, or experience. Emma is very knowledgeable of the Wengen and Jungfrau region and knows some perfect spots for fantastic backdrops free of crowds.

I was worried about the weather and reached out to Emma the day before I ideally wanted to propose, and she worked diligently the whole day to instruct me on how to get to the location, timing for best light, and ways to keep my (at the time) girlfriend unsuspecting. Don't be like me though, if you book in advance she can offer you a window of days to ensure you get your ideal weather/conditions.

The pictures came out perfect and the moment was incredible! Emma went above and beyond to provide recommendations for the rest of our trip as well. Look no further for your proposal/engagement/wedding photographer or videographer!!

I could not speak highly enough of Emma from Story of Your Day! She helped me to arrange every step of my proposal process from idea to delivery. When you reach out to Emma you're not getting just a videographer, you're getting someone who genuinely cares about your experience and plans everything down to the last detail (travel, accommodation, ski lift passes, clothing, the speech, you name it). We had several calls and I was able to message her at any time if I needed more information. The process could not have been more personal.

Emma was able to get exclusive access to the cable cars in Wengen before the public so that the proposal was private, intimate and with complete access to the mountains. This meant the pictures and video were stunning with uninterrupted views. Shout out to her husband James who played the part of decoy amazingly.

Most important of all is that Emma knows how to make you completely comfortable, understands you and what your preferences are and makes sure she captures the moment exactly as you dreamt it.

My review barely scratches the surface of how much Emma delivered. There is no one else to call if you're planning a Swiss proposal!

My fiancé (now wife) and I had the most wonderful time of our lives eloping in Switzerland and we are so happy that Emma was able to film these moments for us. We really appreciate that Emma took the time to connect with us to get to know each other and prepare us for our big day.

We filmed for about 2 days (half day before, full day on, and half day after the elopement) and the previews we’ve seen are so incredible!! The way Emma is able to capture and retell the story of the elopement was just amazing and we are so excited to see the final film.

We HIGHLY recommend Emma for your special day and create your own forever memories.
