I have a Ward water butt and watering can both of which are good products and great value for money. Recently the lid to the water butt was broken (entirely my fault and nothing to do with the quality of the product). I could not find any spare parts when I searched online so I contacted Strata direct. Within 4 days of my contacting Customer Services a replacement lid had been delivered to my house for a very reasonable price. Fantastic customer service not often found these days!

Fantastic customer service! I purchased on of their boxes from my local Argos but unfortunately one of the clips was missing and it was their last one in stock. I thought I'd send Strata an email to enquire about if it was possible they could send me one, after a couple of quick emails to and from someone called India, 2 replacement clips were sent to me FOC in a couple of days. The box is of great quality too!

I have 4x145Litre boxes, I use three for storing camping gear so that when it comes to using it it is ready to go. Quality products, sturdy and stack 3 high with no stability issues (that is as high as I've tried). Boxes close tight so no issues with beasties or rodents while stored out in the garage.

I have also been sent replacement handles free of charge after purchasing two boxes and not noticing that they were missing handles until too late. Recieved them days after contacting Strata with no quibble.

A fantastic company.
A clip broke on one of my boxes. I couldn't find a replacement, so wrote to Strata. Within days they had sent me two replacement clips, free of charge.
A service not often seen in companies nowadays.

Whilst preparing for a house move, we purchased the 145 litre Heavy Duty box from Strata Products, via our local Homebase. When we came to start packing a week later, we realised one of the yellow clips used to fasten the lid was missing. We contacted Strata Products through their web page and advised them of the missing yellow clip. We received a very fast email response from India Buttery in the customer service department, who advised that a replacement would be posted out that day. Happily, we received not one, but two of the clips two days later. Brilliant service and amazing product - we went on to purchase two more Strata boxes.
