Daniel Scantlebury provided an amazing service from beginning to end. He made us feel very comfortable and at ease when we arrived at the showroom. He listened to what I wanted and showed me everything that was realistic. The experience and whole process was enjoyable.. He made sure the car handover was easy and explained everything fully. Daniel went all out when I collected my new car making it all very special with a big reveal, freebie water bottle , even a personal birthday card for me.
Overall he has been amazing and had so much time for us.

He listened to what I wanted and what I could afford and showed me everything that was realistic. The experience and whole process was enjoyable....so much so my partner is now also considering purchasing from him. He made sure the car handover was easy and explained everything fully. I have never been a believer in taking my car to a dealing,thinking it will be more expensive.
But I must admit it has cost me more taking a Bmw to a garage than a dealer ,because taking my car to Ardent tunbridge wells has kept my car in good health and reliability as the fully understand how the car is to perform.and in tunbridge wells ardent they have great customer service.
