We have used Stratton Glass twice over the past three years to install windows and a new door to our property. We liked their range of designs, their honest advice (no hard sell at all), and the smooth and fairly quick process from initial visit to fitting. Tom quoted and advised on the project with no pushy sales talk, and the office ladies were very helpful with any queries we had. The fitters were prompt, respectful of our property and did an ace job of installing the windows. We love the lift the new windows and doors have given to a fairly dreary 1980's home!

So glad we discovered Stratton. Everything was perfect from start to finish. We had a door and 5 windows replaced in 2 days by Olly and the standard of the finish is just amazing. The old windows and door were taken away and there was hardly any mess at all. Our house has been transformed. Thank you, Olly, for an amazing job, and thanks also to Tom and Shaun for all the pre-installation support. Highly recommended!

We first used Stratton Glass and Windows 15 years ago and had no hesitation in contacting them again when we wanted a new front door. There was no 'pressure selling' and the whole process was seamless from start to finish. Our door was fitted ahead of time and the fitter was efficient, polite and friendly. We had a nice telephone call from the office to check everything was OK and we were happy. We will definitely use them again in the future if needed. Thank you Stratton.

Excellent buying experience (windows and doors for self build garden room). Harry walked me through the design process and sent through new designs and costing every time I changed my mind. A site visit from Shaun put my mind at rest re dimensions and he suggested a few important improvements. The installation team were great and very professional. We were very pleased with the product but Stratton Glass weren’t - they insisted that the door manufacturer visit to ‘fine tune’ the locking mechanism (now completed). Throughout, communications were helpful and timely (thanks Zoe). So - Stratton Glass may be slightly more expensive than some competitors but their professionalism is worth every penny. Highly recommended.

We had Stratton install a bespoke shower screen, but experienced numerous issues and would not recommend them for shower screens.
The seal at the bottom was cut too short so left a gap. This required another visit to install a new seal. When the screen was installed, the installer spilt adhesive on the shower tray and then smeared it around when trying to remove. When we noticed this after they had left, we raised the issue and they made a visit to try and remove this adhesive but were unsuccessful. We then struggled to get Stratton to arrange for a professional company to come out and try to rectify this, as they seemed concerned about how much it would cost them. After months of negotiation, we finally had the specialist company visit, and they managed to sand off the adhesive, but this has left a slight discolouration. Given we had to go through 6 months of hassle and to reflect our dissatisfaction with the product, we asked for a 20% discount. We managed to negotiate a very small discount (£75 = less than 4% of the total).
Overall, we are very unsatisfied with the service and product we received.

we contacted Chris Horton at Stratton Glass and Windows, having had inordinate issues being able to find any company who could put a medium-sized doggy door into our double-glazed patio door. Chris was incredibly helpful from our very first contact - Luke was very helpful on his physical inspection of the door and they completed the job within a very good timescale and at a very good price. End result is very nice looking doggy door and a very happy customer - just need to train doggo to use the door!

We initially looked at Stratton Glass for our Skylight, new windows, bi-folds and front door because they have a large showroom and are local to our new home. The sales staff were really helpful but there was no “hard sell” which was refreshing. Our fitting was delayed due to the slow progress of our building work but it was never a problem. Once fitted there was a couple of little snagging details which is to be expected but they came and sorted it out straight away. I recommended them to a friend who had a conservatory built by them and she was equally pleased. They have been great from start to finish.

his was the third time in four years that I have used this company to install windows at my home address. On this occasion, Stratton Glass were installing large secondary double glazing units against two large stone mullion windows which was a challenge to the fitter given that the walls were neither true or square. The fitter arrived exactly on time on the day of installation. He was courteous and expressed his commitment to make sure I was happy with all aspects of the installation process. He minimised any disruption inside my house and was meticulously tidy. The frames were installed so expertly and the fitted glazed panels went in perfectly. The end result was better than I had expected and I am delighted with the finished result. An excellent and professional service carried out by a local company. Having used this company three times, it will be apparent that I am very content with the quality of their product and its installation. I would be happy to recommend Stratton Glass to anyone who needs to replace sealed window units or secondary double glazing.
