Brilliant service. I contacted them about an old stained door which I thought was perhaps passed it! I dealt with Andy who had fantastic knowledge and spotted via photos that the door was in fact an original oak door underneath the horrible stain and so we dropped it off and within a couple of days he sent a photo of a stunning oak door which I wouold never have guessed was under that stain! Really grateful for his knowledge and expertise and delighted with the results. We would highlighly recommend Andy and the team.

Extremely good company to deal with. We have totally renovated a Victorian house in Irlam and have tried our hardest to keep true to the original style and feel of the property, whilst giving a nod to the modern as well.
Andy managed to find us 9 matching doors which then were sized correctly, then stripped, rebuilt and completely renovated to a very high standard.
I have not yet had a problem with either the staff, who have always been very attentive and professional and the product is superb!

Where to begin! They had our table top and chairs for 5 weeks, we attempted to collect 3 times we were told that the dip was being changed so would be another week. We went to collect but only the table had been started and must have been done by hand as it was still green in between the wood panels and there were still patches of the old varnish on the table top? After too many chances my husband desided to collect today ready or not after 5 weeks. It had been done but...... he still wanted the full payment? My husband tried to negotiate but he kept the chairs until we paid! £20 discount! They are an unprofessional, jobs worth company who lie and don't give a stuff about their customers or their goods. As they put the table into my husband's car they have dented it on the bumper! I hope they have insurance?

After receiving a quote to repair and refurbish our front door, we wanted to proceed and despite constant emails and phone calls to the company chasing them up to start the job, I was told 7 times that someone would get back to me but no one ever did.
Unfortunately we received very poor customer service and Strippadoor didn't even have the courtesy to say they didn't want the job, meaning wasted time emailing and phoning.
Very disappointed but we have found another company that are happy to have our business.

Initially a good experience with this company. They wouldn't budge on price of doors but we paid as they said the type of door was in extremely high demand. We said ok that's fair and paid the price. 2 months later we happen to come across 4 of these doors in good condition and they offer insultingly low prices, despite directly saying to us perviously "if you come across these doors we pay good money for them as they are in low supply and high demand". Not bothered that they won't buy them from us - that's their decision, but feel conned to be honest. Don't believe a word they say and take your money elsewhere.

So far I've had 6 out of 9 doors dipped at Stripadoor. Along with the door handles and hinges.

Staff have been great and helped me get the doors in and out of my car.

Will be using again ... three more times !
