The Customer Service which StrongHold Global provide is absolutely second to none! In a nutshell… I had a problem with a pair of work boots bought from them, a problem which was completely out of StrongHold’s jurisdiction. But they went out of their way to help me out, which absolutely staggered me! I am an oldish guy, and I have never experienced such fantastic Customer Service in all of my years. Their help, advice, service and back-up is why, if they have what I want, they’ll always get my patronage. Absolute Thumbs-Up!

I had been compelled to wear orange hi viz trouser at short notice, I'm a bit of a bloater too. Called Leo Workwear who put me onto Stronghold Global, Swindon. Two members of their staff stand out, Campbell and Roddy. From the moment I called them to check stock to going to try the trousers on they really represented their company so well with their welcoming manner and hospitality. They sorted me out a pair, somewhere to try them on and even though they are not needed for 10 days I wore them home they were so comfortable. Someone in management ought to be reading these reviews and making a point of seeking Campbell and Roddy out to thank them for fronting Stronghold so well!
