They don’t know their product they sell. Then told me to contact the manufacturer directly who doesn’t respond. And to make matters worse they then will only take items back for a restocking fee and only within 2 weeks. Now it’s outside 2 weeks they refuse to take the items back.
Don’t buy from this company.

The items have not been used or installed. I bought and installed the bigger size which I gave you the order no…
You did say you’ll collect the unused items for a restocking fee…
I did tell you I went away on holiday…and it’s still less than a month ago since I bought your product…

I was sign posted to Stuff-Uk by HP and I managed to find what I needed for a third of the price asked by HP. The gentleman who dealt with me was extremely professional and helpful, supporting me to speedily resolve the issue I had. The delivery was slightly later than expected, but still within an acceptable timeframe. The company responded promptly and professionally to any query I had and they ultimately helped me to resolve an issue that was affecting the performance of my laptop. I can't thank them enough! I am ignorant on IT stuff and it was refreshing to find so much courtesy and honesty.

'HP silver partner' this has to be some kind of joke as I don't think I have ever had such a rude unhelpful response to a simple spare part enquiry for a laptop -

"We can't find any confirmation that 941842-001 will work in your machine
Sorry we can't help"

If you need any HP spares I suggest you look elsewhere as I did (correct part identified and ordered in 5 minutes, delivery in 3 days)

Trying to order a display board for our District Poppy Appeal Organisation and firstly, they took my money and then didn't deliver as apparently they only had one and it was damaged. Then said they didn't have another product like it, yet after looking through their web site I found one. I then asked if they would be able to offer any discount and they informed me that no, in fact we are now going to charge you for the delivery that we were going to give you free for charity!!

My Thrustmaster ferrari t300 stopped working sent them an email on Sunday night, the next day was a holiday Monday. Got new one sent out wedenday, I would definitely recommend Stuff UK too anybody.. The best customer service ever.
