Awful company... missed a booked appointment with no contact.
I had to wait in all day ... no response to my email for days on end ....They then
Turn up 2 weeks later expecting to pick up the lazy spa without any prior notice and have the cheek to blame me for not answering my calls
The collection guy was extremely rude and seemed to hold me responsible for the bad management and handling of this!!
