A great experience with Park Farm Design Ltd who were recommended by Sunflex and could work with us nationwide. Very pleased all round and although we had already worked with this product range before on previous builds we were not quite aware of the vast amount of options and versions of systems at first. We have now specified much of the range across 3 separate projects and we have been very impressed.

If you want after purchase care and require the doors to be serviced - Don’t bother buying from this company. They recommended a company for me to use the only one company in the area. This company asked me to send in pics/details. I spoke to them on two occasions and never got back to me. Joke.

The product is great and looks really smart. Great door action, excellent sight lines. The only reason it's not 5* is that I have another set of Origin doors with very similar spec and price point and they are very marginally better due to the size of the top and bottom of the outer frame being smaller and sleeker. Not much in it though ... both excellent doors.

Will Mitchell, Trade Accounts Manager, managed to source a patio door key for me (previous homeowners had lost theirs) with very little information to go on. He kindly sent me one to try (it fits hooray) and a link to getting some blanks ordered. He was patient, resourceful and helpful. What a lovely chap, I'm delighted. Thank you Will and Sunflex.
