Great service from Katie and Alex during my visit. They made me feel valued and recognised the distance I went to view and purchase the bike. The sales process is slick. The virtual garage is neat for keeping me informed of the bikes progress. Reasonable price for delivery too.

I took a gamble and distance bought a Fireblade, on the basis it only had 5k miles and someone verbally telling me they were walking around the bike and it was ‘a good clean bike’. I waited for delivery, purchased insurance, a yoshimura exhaust that cost me £800 from the Netherlands, and other various parts I wanted to fit once the bike arrived. Delivery day - van pulls up. I head out to greet the driver and he’s in the back of the van trying to heave the bike up as it’s clearly fallen over in the back of the van. This had cracked the front fairing and bent the rear indicator, and marked the bodywork. Mistakes happen and he was incredibly apologetic however when he got the bike out the van to properly inspect it I had a good look at the condition of the bike and it has clearly been tracked. The tyres were rolled up on the edges from the heat. There was gunky oil around the bottom of the bike, body panels were not lined up well and overall it looked like it had a tough life in those 5k miles, not as deceived. On top of this he had no book pack or documentation for the bike with him. I rejected the bike and got a refund. Overall a huge waste of time and I’m now having to list parts on eBay that I’d opened and can’t return and will try to recoup the money I’ve lost. I won’t get the £40 insurance set up cost back either.

Overall I had a good experience at Castle Donnington.
Positives: The sales area is well stocked, clean & tidy. The staff were all friendly, helpful, knowledgeable but not over pushy. I purchased a used bike and it was ready, waiting & presentable on the day of collection. Handover was informative. I was kept updated via the online ‘My Garage’ area. The accessory shop is well presented and provides a choice of quality equipment. The café was clean & served good food.
Negatives: I sent a message via the online ‘My Garage’ area but had no response. Very little fuel in the tank on handover day. The offside mirror came loose on my way home - I pointed this out before I agreed to buy the bike (as per photo) but clearly it slipped through the ‘rigorous’ checks.
It’s early days and time will tell, but I think I would recommend & use this company again.

Very bad experience to purchase my Harley Davidson bike from super bike factory, bike has major fault in engine, I have not been given logbook , long wait to drive away, very poor customers service. Never go there .

My dealing with the Superbike factory has been excellent.
I cancelled my first bike that I ordered. They gave me a full refund without any hassle.
Then bought a Different bike 3 moths later and they couldn't of been any better with me.

Clare in sales was great efficient and personable.

We came to collect scooter for daughter and there were some niggles we found but these were again quickly and efficiently dealt with no questions. A smile from my daughter is quite something. Thank you super bike factory.

Great place to get a bike from, no pushy sales staff, you just take your time. If there's one you want to have a look at they will bring it out of the line for you to sit on and see if you like it. Then when you choose one, purchasing it is just plain sailing. Highly recommended!

I recently took delivery of my 2018 Yamaha R6 and part exchanged my cbr. Thank you to Andrew Widdowson who was my sales agent as he was very knowledgeable and also Ellis from finance as he was always happy to help and very quick to reply. The delivery driver was straight to the point and knew what he was doing. I purchased a tracker for the bike which had been set up correctly and worked instantly. The positive equity from my bike was paid into my account a few days after my part ex was collected with no issues. This R6 is like a dream come true, thank you SuperBike Factory.
