Fantastic service, delivered on time and well packaged. We bought the Elite. Easy to set up just go online and watch the video as it’s simpler. Very sturdy and robust, material is superior, highly recommended. Note it is a heavy gazebo so if you have to walk far I would invest in the trolly for ease.

It was great to speak to a real person about my requirements. Confirmed and triple checked my order was on a next day delivery. But they didn’t do it. Then blamed the courier even though it hasn’t left the warehouse. Was fuming at the time as it left me with no sides for an events but they’re normally good and I’m trying not to sweat the small stuff so still giving 4 / 5

We are very impressed with our valance wrap.
An extra 5* for Finlay in their sales department who over looked our order from day 1 to final delivery- all done on a very tight deadline.
The quality of the final valance has massively increased our appearance at our first Show with it on- and it was further tested with some torrential rain! 24 hours later it is all dried out and ready to go again this coming weekend.
We will Defo be back. Thank you Surf & Turf.

We damaged our front panel on a 4.5 x 3m pop up and the panel we required was out of stock. The guys arranged for a plain panel to have a zip added by the in house seamstress and the item was despatched within 48 hours! Awesome customer service
