Who would of thought a holiday on a canal boat through beautiful Bollington, would begin our journey of finding our Vintage Chesterfields....and so pleased we did.

From the moment we went to view at the Bollington showroom with Warren, it has been exceptional service from start to finish.
We are absolutely delighted with the pair of 'mini Monty Chesterfields' we recently purchased from S. W. James. The quality, design, comfort and craftmanship is superb.
Warren and his team have been outstanding.
If you are looking for your very own Chesterfield look no further, definitely head and shoulders above the rest!

I knew from first seeing the photos of their chesterfields that I wanted an SW James sofa for my flat. There is a large variety of styles and materials to choose from and ultimately, I selected the Huxley with vintage honey leather. A bit apprehensive about such a large purchase without seeing it in person first but was relieved to find that the sofa exceeded my already high expectations. It’s comfortable, well made and high quality. No wonder all the online reviews of this company are so stellar! Would absolutely recommend to friends and family and am extremely satisfied with the purchase

Absolutely brilliant service from beginning to end. Warren was in regular contact and his advice was invaluable, especially as the showroom is too far for me to visit in person. Went for the Huxley sofa which surpassed all my expectations, beautiful piece of furniture, extremely well made and so comfortable. If I could give 6 stars, I would.

WELL WORTH THE LONG DRIVE!
We drove 300 miles to visit their showroom, where we were warmly welcomed by Warren and given plenty of time to look at furniture and to discuss our requirements. Luckily it was worth the drive! We were given lots of useful and impressive information about the company and everything was explained to us. Each sofa and chair is made by hand and customers are kept informed along the way. Unlike so many companies, S W James has the personal touch and goes the extra mile for its customers. We are very pleased with our Huxley sofa and matching stool but even more delighted with our bespoke “Corinne” chesterfield, made to our design. Highly recommended.

From the first phone call to Warren until delivery of our beautiful sofa and footstool I knew we had made the right decision to choose a chesterfield from SW James. I found the company whilst searching for chesterfields online and after looking through the website and viewing the videos I ordered some leather sample. Once they arrived I knew that I would be placing an order.

It is very nerve wracking ordering an expensive item without actually viewing it but Warren was so knowledgeable and helpful and once I explained what we wanted out of our sofa he offered his opinions on the best choice for us and now we have had our Huxley for a few months he was right.

Our sofa not only looks gorgeous but is so comfortable and always gets compliments.The leather quality is amazing and the vintage green is perfect for our country cottage.

If you are thinking of ordering from SW James go for it you won’t be disappointed.

Our new Chesterfields are amazing!! Brillant product and delivery. Also first class service from Warren through the whole process. I can't recommend S W James more highly, but I would if I could!
