I visited the Swan Theatre in Worcester yesterday for the first time. There was a pay and display carpark next to the venue which cost £3.20 for 4 hours.
I was very impressed with the tiered seating in the auditorium as it gave a clear view of the stage. There were no heads blocking the view!
I watched Thomas Hardy's "Far From the Madding Crowd" performed by Conn Artists.
A great show! I enjoyed the music and songs. A great old story brought to life by just 5 very talented actors.
They have just begun touring with this show so catch it at a venue near you if you can! Highly recommended!

Visited the theatre for a Celine Dion tribute act.
Collected tickets from Box Office and the lady was lovely on the desk.
The bar had a bit of a queue and to be honest the staff didn’t really know what they were doing. Pre order drinks for the interval were wrong. Lots of people having to return to the bar as not happy with drinks.
Moving on to the concert….
Staff helped direct us to our seats..
Celine concert was fantastic… definitely worth it.

The Phantoms were here to a sell out crowd . What an amazing evening was ahead for the audience, Exceptional voices and a mix of well known songs had the crowd in awe .Then a fire alarm went off and we were all outside for almost an hour . Eventually we were back inside and enjoyed the rest of the evening as if nothing had happened. This is a must see show for everyone, so we have booked tickets to see then again in September

2nd November
Cloudbusting were performing a celebration of thirty years since Tht Red Shoes was released. This was the opening night of the tour and was so wonderful. This is my personal favourite album and Mandy and the band were exquisite. The theatre was sold out as usual . The set also included Kate Bush favourites so everyone was pleased 😀

Justine started tonight by paying tribute to the phenomenal Queen of Rock Tina Turner which had tears streaming down myself and Robs faces ,she then did what I considered her best ever Totally Tina shows . The energy on stage was electric from the band ,dancers ,and, of course the lady herself. A fitting tribute to a great artist. The legend will live on through Justine who is Simply The Best

Another great night at this popular theatre .Tonight it is Cloudbusting the music of Kate Bush .A sold out veniew saw a wonderful performance featuring a varied mix of fabulous songs .Seating is very good plenty of leg room and a good view wherever you are sat .Plenty of choice for theatre goers and does not charge extortionate prices ,a large car park on site and a bar if you fancy a tipple .We'll worth a visit

The Simon and Garfunkel story was playing tonight and boy did they put on one hell of a show .Telling the story with visuals and stunning vocals they wowed the sell out crowd who were on there feet at the end .A must see for all Simon and Garfunkel fans.

A lovely theatre ,my fist visit here and was very impressed, has a car park which is a bonus ,Totally Tina were performing and once again were amazing a must see for all Tina fans

The Dolly Show was in action and boy was she good . Kelly O'brien is amazing as Dolly,just like watching the real Dolly Parton. From the exceptional vocals to amazing clothes Kelly and her band wowed the sell out crowd. I even got to do a duet with her which I will never forget . If you get the chance go and see this wonderful talented lady

Pleasantly suprised on 1st visit to The Swan Theatre. Good visibility, not too many stairs & acoustics were great- I'm single sided deafness & forgot my hearing aid.. Nice bar, happy staff & clean loose. Will definitely go back

The theatre has a cosy atmosphere, the staff are lovely, warm and friendly and it felt like a great community spot. They do serve snacks, alcohol and soft drinks. Accessibility is a little more challenging, although they did have a stair lift and wheel chair users had an area without stairs, the seat plan for the theatre isnt clear about the stairs to the seats further back.

The first time I have attended the Swan Theatre.
I found it quick and simple to book tickets.
The venue was easy to find.
I was extremely grateful to receive an email from the theatre to update me about what public car parks were restricted due to flooding, and also to be made aware of an additional event taking place in Worcester which would cause the car parks to fill up quicker.
Following this information, I left earlier than originally planned, giving myself time to allow for heavier traffic and an opportunity to find a parking space before the show started.
All staff were extremely helpful and pleasant.
The theatre was a comfortable size and the rake in the seating meant that we had a great view even from the back.
I'd recommend this facility to others and I would definitely return in the future.
