I had the joy of attending David's sausage-making course last week and what a great afternoon I had. Fabulous banter, huge fun and a great opportunity to get elbow deep in sausage meat!! What's not to love? Thank you David and team for a fantastic time - I would thoroughly recommend.

I live 100 miles from Sway Butchers, but I have been purchasing meat from David for over 25 years. It is always outstanding quality, the staff are polite, friendly and helpful and he sells the best sausages I have ever tasted - you have to try them you will not be disappointed! Here's to the next 25 years!

Absolutely outstanding produce. We have previously only bought the sausages when staying in nearby campsite. So on a flying visit, we purchased sausages, venison and sirloin steaks. All were of exceptional quality. Super little butchers with lovely helpful staff. Will be back!

Popped in here recently on the basis of the good reviews looking for free range meats. Really impressed both by the range and quality of the products. Good range of interesting and tasty meat dishes. They were also really helpful with advice. Well worth the visit and I've already been back again.

Sway butchers saved Xmas. Another butchers gammon was poor when we collected, wrong size and rind not the right way. Sway kindly cut a smoked to the perfect size plus had an unsmoked with the rind on the right way so we can do all the herbs and spices. We use sway on and off throughout the year as they are 30 mins away but always great service and lovely high quality meats. Well done guys!

I live in the Highlands of Scotland but used to live in the New Forest .I could not find any butchers up here that hadeat as good and at a reasonable price.Sway Butchers sent me up meat overnight beautifully packaged and at a very reasonable cost on fact cheaper than up here would highly recommend and will be placing another order

Absofrigginloutly fantabulous.

Popped in there 20 mins before closing in the hope to get something for the bbq. I was confronted by a counter full of amazing meats. We opted for koftas, pork and apple burgers and some spicy beef kebabs and a Mediterranean chicken kebab.
It was a good price for an amazing product. The staff were really nice as well.
Well worth a visit. The only downside of the place was narrowing down what you want as I would have been happy with pretty much all of it.
