We could not recommend Sway Cycles enough. From the moment we first contacted Tony and Shelley to enquire about a particular bike, their customer service has been exceptional. Just a matter of days after that first phone call, they had arranged for the particular model of bike we were after to be sent to them for us to test ride. They were knowledgeable, helpful and professional and their customer service and on-going support has exceeded our expectations. Tony and Shelley are extremely hard working, genuine people who truly care about providing the best service possible. We cannot thank them enough for all of their help and are absolutely delighted with our wonderful new bike.

I really don't know where to start as everything about Sway Cycles is beyond fantastic!

Initially I emailed Sway Cycles to enquire about having some work done on a used MiRider e-bike I had purchased privately. I sent the email just after 3am one morning not expecting to hear back until much later in the day... just before 5am I received a reply from Tony! That's what you call a super fast response!

Tony was unbelievably helpful in ascertaining the work that the bike needed, both over the phone and by email with no pressure or hard sell at any point. He had to make a few calls to the manufacturer and kept me up to speed at every point along the way.

After he ordered the necessary parts we arranged to take a trip to their office in Lymington today and what a lovely welcome from Tony and his Wife Shelley, so warm and friendly and a real pleasure to talk to and deal with.

Their premises are unlike any other bike shop I have experienced. Located near Lymington quay it's a relaxed and friendly environment and is the complete opposite to the usual high street bike shop. On offer is a wide range of quality bikes to suit all cyclists and price ranges and they were happy to chat about the specifications on each model.

My bike was serviced by James who was also really friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. After completing the work James discussed what he had done on the bike and pointed out a few other bits that may need work in the future. Whilst the bike was there Tony very kindly offered to touch up a couple of chips in the paintwork as well which was really appreciated and an unexpected complimentary extra.

Even though I had purchased the bike second hand from a private seller I felt like I had been a customer of theirs for years from the excellent customer service and welcome I received.

Absolutely faultless from beginning to end, we will most definitely be back and will be recommending them to our friends.

Tucked away in a corner of Lymington exists a relatively small bicycle shop that sells good quality modern bikes, but more to the point does so with a level of old-fashioned customer service that I thought no longer existed anywhere. Tony, Shelley, and mechanic James obviously take considerable pride in their work and are shining examples of what true customer relations management really looks like. They are highly recommended.
