Not sure what's going on with the bad reviews here but I've used Avon ply many times and the accuracy of cutting is excellent, well within 1mm. Even more importantly, all cuts are perfectly square. Very few errors if any. Edge banding is very well done too. Orders are automatically cut from the fewest possible sheets for economy, all offcuts are sent with the order.
To order from the site you have to save the list you've created then send it, slightly laborious process, but they can also take an order from your own spreadsheet.

If you've left a cutting plan be sure to take a saw with you. Gave them a very simple plan with only two cuts, so it could fit in the car, but even after going over it at the desk and again over the phone they still didn't get it right. Staff were also very off-hand.

and not only wood.... drills, tools, lots of the Stanley range, edging, glue, brackets etc etc. Good for campervan conversions, as they sell Poplar (lightweight ply) too.

Great prices, lovely staff, and they bring it out to you and are happy to help to load it up, or they deliver too!

Give them a whirl, you will be surprised how much cheaper they are than your mainstream DIY place, you won't be disappointed ?

Have been using Avon Plywood for years with multiple cuts .They will cut within 0.2 of a mm .Square cuts only great for carcassing and edging.
very good range of stock worth 1.5 hrs traveling from Devon as saves so much time and material with cnc cutting .Make sure you fill out the Exel file they will send this if you have a lot of parts . I often order 100- 200 parts for assembly .

Very hard to give a good review as Avonplywood have never responded to any of my emails or web enquiries. I spent a long time on their website inputting my cutting list requirements and I'm still waiting for contact nearly 3 weeks later.
I fear this is due to the smaller size of my order (2 sheets of birch plywood).
I will update this if they ever reply, but I expect I'll need to speak to robbins timber.
