I contacted Synch on Monday as my son’s bike needed work and a service. From the moment the team picked up my call the service was amazing!
Took the bike over that morning and the work was completed the following day.
Full service, new chain, new front disc, new rear pads, new front and rear mud guards, new screen , new grips, new gear change control….. and they cleaned the bike!!!
Service at its best and a well deserved 5* rating from me.

Unbelievably cool bike. Incredible service from Gila. I already have 3 friends who are going to buy it. It's a lovely smooth ride, munches through Brighton hills like it's nothing. Wonderful beach bike for me and my family. 1000% recommend.everything about this bike is awesome.

Hello. My name is Steve. I was on the beach at Sandbanks Poole about November 2021 and saw this guy riding a bike, I asked him where he got it from he told me from Synch and that it was a super monkey E bike. So when I arrived home I found were they are and asked if I could go and see them and try their bikes, which I did. The Synch super monkeys are brilliant to ride. I spoke manly with Chris but also met Matt, great guys very helpful and knew their business very well, asked about colours and how long it would take to produce. Said thanks to them and went back home. In the next few days I called Synch and spoke to Chris and ordered a RED ONE. They kept in touch and told me what was going on I got my bike on the 19th of January 2022 and have been using it a lot, absolutely brilliant bike, I would highly recommend SYNCH bikes to all, they fantastic in every way. I have had my long-tail since September and have ridden it almost every day with my young daughter for the school run. Lots of comments about how cool it looks. The best bike I have owned and has brought back my passion for cycling. I did have a headlamp fail but Matt was able to get a replacement despatched to me for the following day. Excellent product and service.

Hi guys, iv had my synch ultra monkey for about a month now and cant fault it in the slightest iv used it nearly every day to get to work and just going exploring, its been an effortless joy gets loads of attention so be ready to answer a good few questions. Speed is great easy does 30mph no problem on private land of course 😁 comfort is spot on been full suspension, would recommend this bike and company to anyone go buy one you will not regret it.

I've purchased two bikes from Synch over the last year and couldn't be happier with them! They are so unique and offer a riding experience that I just couldn't find elsewhere. I must also add that the sales staff (Matt & Chris) were extremely helpful and friendly, going above and beyond their call of duty to ensure I was kept 'in the know' from the build process to delivery. I haven't had any need for repairs or an aftersales service from Synch regarding either of my bikes, but I have had queries for them numerous times since which they've always been happy to help with. Overall I'm really impressed with my Super Monkey's and couldn't be happier with the service received. Top work!

Ordered two 250 watt cruiser bikes on line and arranged to collect from the Pool workshop.
These are superb pieces of kit, really well made, British made frames and sprayed in a range of great colours and then assembled by the guys in Pool.
In making our choice we almost opted to buy the cheaper Cyrusher Chinese bike but so glad we didn’t.
Synchgo Super monkeys are just a lot of fun and easy to ride, real head turner's and will go anywhere. I did just tidy the cabling up a little around the handlebars, but otherwise this is the bike equivalent to a Landrover!
