Massive thank you to Jason and the service team!! I have used this dealership a few times and they are always very helpful and welcoming. I booked my vehicle in on Thursday for some issues and collected on Friday Jason's communication was excellent and issues were fixed. I've been to other BMW dealerships for servicing/repairs which are closer to me but I would rather travel to Luton because of there brilliant service.

X5 purchased from these guys the sales guy was great, the car needs the front to be repainted as the paint is flaking off after it being washed!

Absolutely disappointed with my experience at Sytner Luton BMW. Took my car in for a manufacturer safety recall (EGR cooler replacement) and ended up being charged £281.40 for a standard service I never requested! Booked online since their website doesn’t offer a recall booking option, so I had to select a generic "Service as Required" just to proceed. I explicitly confirmed the recall was free when they called the day before, but upon arrival, I unknowingly signed a form that led to unexpected charges.

Waited the entire day (from 10 AM to 5 PM, even though I have mentioned that my car has to be ready by 3 PM), only to be blindsided with a bill for a service I never agreed to in writing. No prior quotation, no confirmation, just a nasty surprise at checkout.

The staff justified it by saying I "signed the agreement" – but at no point was it clearly explained that I was authorizing paid services beyond the recall. Feels like a sneaky upsell tactic, especially since this was a recall visit.

Lesson learned: NEVER trust their online booking system and always double-check what you're signing! BMW needs to fix this misleading process. I won’t be returning to this dealership. Avoid if you value transparency and honest service.

From start to finish, the whole buying experience from Sytner Luton BMW has been a dream. Sajeedah, who has a huge wealth of knowledge of cars gave us first class customer service.
She updated me daily on the progress of the vehicle going through valeting and ceramic coating and made the buying experience a breeze.
Once entered into the showroom we were greeted with a very warm welcome by the sales team. Sytner Luton as a whole has been a fantastic company to do business with and we will definitely be buying from them again. We very highly recommend paying them a visit for your next vehicle.

I have been using BMW for over 10 yrs I have enjoyed the 3 series M Sport.
X1 M Sport.
M Sport 2 Series Coupe and now the
X2 Series M Sport which I picked up 1st week of September.
Have had the pleasure of dealing With Tony, Steve,and Hee.

This time I could not decide which car to choose wrongly I ordered a few cars but after placing orders I can honestly say I did not receive the outstanding customer service for me this is the most important part of a sale for me.

Tony,Steve,Hee are not just sales representatives they have become much more than that good friendships have formed over time .

I made the decisions when I placed orders else were that I have always experienced for nominal service from the representatives mentioned above all go above and beyond to make sure everything is carried out to nothing less than 100% excellence.

Regular calls making sure the customer has no issues or concerns.
Regular updates, videos.

Always return calls and the after care is second to none.

BMW is my car of choice beautiful cars.
Even today Hee called me as he knows I’m not technical in any way shape or form and knows I struggle with the new technology.

And ask me how I am doing admitted I’m not doing great and as always call me when you want me to go through it all and we sit down together and go through everything made my day bmw are always as willing to see you a car and still has happy to guide you in anyway they can help after the pick-up of your car.

they are a specialised dealership if you want quality and the best customer service BMW Luton is the place to go I went to 4 dealerships and not one of them offered me service like BMW consistently provide time and time again.

After sales care is abysmal.

As soon as they have your money. They couldn't care less.

They sold me an approved bmw with worn out squealing and grinding brakes.

Rattling/knocking noise from the suspension when going over bumps and on top of this I was promised to be sent a driver side vent due to it being broken on collection. Which they still haven't sent. After months.

Do yourself a favour trust a stranger for once and stay away from these guys. They lie through their teeth.

Be very careful when buying a used approved from this dealership.I purchased what I thought was a stunning car but turned out after 5 months I was informed by another dealership that the cars service history was not complete and it had been repaired and heavily painted.I finally offloaded car online but lost over nine thousand pounds in six months.Dealership is murder at returning calls and after sales doesn't exist.So please think twice about used approved from this dealership or take a bodywork specialist with you.Mines wasn't just a minor repair most of car had been repainted.I couldn't give a lower rating or I would have.
