My favourite sportswear! I always get compliments when I wear their sets at F45. Love the thickness of the leggings and the secure hold over my tummy. I still wear the first set I ever bought 3/4 years ago! Cool styles and great quality. I’ve bought loads. Leggings and shorts sets. Awesome stuff and I love supporting a local business to my home town, even though I live in Australia now!

I can’t recommend TA Fit highly enough!! Training camps are intense and test you throughout whilst still being fun and enjoyable. I’ve used most of the services and products including the clothing line for both me and my partner. True to size and a perfect fit. It isn’t a fashion show when training but they do look good! Thank you guys for providing a true, informative and honest service.

Believe the hype! I started running during covid and have been struggling with plantir facitis ever since. After reading about Tom's remarkable recovery from the hip injury he obtained during his professional rugby league career, I felt that I had nothing to lose. I purchased from truelightsuk and in combination with regular stretching and strengthening, I am cured. Tom is knowledgeable and passionate. I highly recommend learning more about what these red lights could do for your health and happiness. London Marathon here we come.
