Know 2 or 3 people not including me that have stopped using targa lighting. the staff are ignorant and not helpful when you go in store it’s like they don’t value your business! It’s like they think they are better than you just because they work in an office. I mean ffs I’m a professional electrician and it’s like I’m DIY Dave!

All I can add is that their standards have not slipped! Highly professional, efficient, courteous, ever willing to go the extra mile - a great team! And all with friendly manner and a smile!

THIS IS THE BEST COMPANY I HAVE DEALT WITH AN A VERY LONG TIME.
I ordered a small order, two aluminium channels to take led strip lighting, one 2 metres long, one 3 metres long, so difficult to ship. They came very quickly in a strong cardboard tube. I opened it on the day it arrived to check the contents. I texted Tagra at around 3pm to say they seem to have left out the 3 metre diffuser, by 4.30pm I had a reply saying it would be delivered the following day. And low and behold, the next day it arrived.
THE WORST AND THE BEST BIT, was when the job of installing the channels started, it was discovered the diffuser was laying in the bottom of the channel, not loose like the other length, that was the WORST part, I was wrong, sorry, but Tagra did not question the shortage and shipped a replacement, that was the BEST part.
Great customer service, great product. As a harrassed Project Manager I wish every company I dealt with was as good as this one.

Brought a plug and play led strip light kit, that didnt have any connectors on one end as shown in the listing image and mentioned in the text, phoned to ask why and was told it didnt come with the connector in the image , seems crazy as that clearly is not a plug and play kit.. i was told by Tagra to cut the end off of the connection that was on the other half strip back the wire, and wire it myself , which really defeats the object of paying a premium for a plug and play device.. anyway did it and used the small clip on connectors i purchased to connect the led strips together.... only to find they did not work properly and transfer the colours from one strip to the next, called Tagra again , to be told they quite often dont work , try putting a piece of card in to pack them out, not what i wanted to hear but hey ho......anyway they still dont work... kit was advertised as costing more but being better quality, have to say i dont agree.
the kit is poor quality and the customer service is even worse.. would have been better off buying elsewhere and saving myself somemoney.
