I have dealt with this company for 5 years, and have had several issues during that period, their response is always negative, and its always someone elses fault, They are basically ignorant and unwilling to listen to any reason, I will not be resigning with them. They are also expensive compared to a lot of other businesses who offer a better and cheaper service and actually have people who care. This is reflected in most of the recent reviews

Do not use!
If I could give 0 stars I would. I have tried to close my account since December. I’ve closed my business and they are still trying to charge me for non use even though I’ve spoken to over 5 people. Keep well away. Terrible customer service.
One man said I was lying 🤣 why would I lie about trying to close an account that I no longer use. Baffling!

Beware of this company! Their 5-star ratings are misleading. They promise low fees, but don't be fooled. Dont trust the ratings.
They are incredibly difficult to contact, ignoring both calls and emails. They also falsely advertised a 14-day cancellation period for their B2B contracts. Despite verbal assurances, they refused to honor this, leaving us trapped.
Do not trust this company!
