Gem of a place!
Excellent beer, relaxed atmosphere very clean n tidy and a fun vibe. The bar staff were very friendly, knowledgeable
and kept everything clean and tidy!
The pizza s were excellent too!

It's a really great place with good pizza but sadly won't return untill the weather improves. It was absolutely freezing 🥶 inside. A few blankets are provided but it's a shame they don't invest on some kind of heating for the winter months, we'd have stayed longer.

Talking Tides have created a really welcoming space, such was evidenced by the amount of families who were there when we visited - including us! My daughter loved the pizza! Great selection of beers, with the Summer Beer being the standout on our visit. Although it was disappointing to find no cans available to purchase - which I'm assuming was down to the present buying rush for Father's Day.
I've knocked a star off as it would be good to see a bit more thought into the non-alcoholic options. My wife drove us to the brewery, and with no tea/coffee facilities, the only soft drink options were fizzy pop so she had to make do with water. It meant we didn't stay as long as we'd intended.

Went along to see The Moondogs play. My first visit to Talking Tides. Wide selection of beers to suit many tastes. It was a busy night. The pizza van outside did great pizzas and it was a good arrangement to be able to bring the inside.

Great space and atmosphere only negative as a real ale drinker with here and almost every craft beer micro brewery, numerous taps to choose from not enough variation in beer. One end of the spectrum and the other but no inbetweeners, pale yellow citra hoppy (lemony)ales and dark stouts , never a ruby red or amber beer which I personally feel has more depth of character.
I will be back as the session ale I tried was decent and the atmosphere great, would just like to see a little more colour variations, when you’re presented with a wall full of taps.

Excellent stop for a pint and a pizza. Have been several times with friends, kids, dogs and felt every bit as welcome on each occasion. Bar staff are incredibly welcoming and make every visit a delight.
Also need to mention that the pizzas are absolutely delicious - gem of a place!
