Should have learned my lesson the first time. Great at getting sales. Utterly poor with service and repairs. Someone from service just hung up on me in the middle of a phone conversation when I was talking to her when there was no need to. Unprofessional, slow and there’s a distinct lack of interest in their back office.
Once again reminding me never to use Taylor ever again no matter how smooth their sales reps talk.
Tread with caution.

If it allowed for ZERO rating, that would have been our choice. Having purchased a very expensive soft serve machine, from the outset there have been issues, however, as a previous reviewer stated, Great at selling, but once you have the equiptment onsite, they disappeared. This week already, they didnt turn up to 2 appointments and then sent a message they might turn up Saturday. This is at least the 5 time in 2 months we have had to call out the serve team and it normally takes numerous calls and emails to get anyone to arrive. They are however very efficient in sending invoices..........AVOID THEM, as you will only be frustrated by their attitude. Also avoid the charms the of the salesman David Bradford, who vanishes, once the order number is in his hands and the cheque has cleared. Clearly we are a glutton for punishment, as we then purchased the worlds most expensive mixer, with an agreed date for delivery, yet when we chased up a few weeks before the agreed delivery date, we were told it wouldnt be arriving for a further 4 weeks, thereby missing our deadline. Noone from the company informed us of the delay and of course David Bradford was nowhere to be found. The company did nothing to assist us with a temporary machine, so that we could produce the order we had, and as a result we had to hire in a machine!! ZERO customer service.

I have just seen your auto reply, like your lack of service your auto reply sums up the approach you take to customer service. You know who the customer is, yet instead of reaching out, you send an auto reply, asking for the customer to provide you with information!!!

Purchased a brand new soft serve machine outright. Numerous issues straight away. Ridiculous call out fees and did not expect issues with something you pay £16k for. Paid for peace of mind - hence went brand new. Engineers always helpful to be fair.

Paid for a peace of mind extension warranty. NOT WORTH IT AT ALL in my opinion. You pay more than £1000 to be refused a part replacement which is a consumable from what they say. I beleive that they anticipate which part can last longer and which is subject to early default. Do not recommend to invest in warranty extension with Taylor.

So the incredibly expensive milkshake machine we purchased was a great addition to our company , the customers loved it . A couple of years later it stopped working , so this prompted a call to TAYLOR UK' service team , the call out fee was around £160 and then £40 to £50 for an hours look , then they let you know what parts you'll need to order in , yourself , then call them back , pay the charges again , for them to install it, as the service chaos dont carry parts ? Would you pay a mechanic to to find a problem , and not order in the spark plugs and replace ? This seems odd that they dont carry most common perishables on board the van that they're going out to see , for example, they're booked in to see one of their milkshake machines, they know the brand of machine , as this would have been taken down on the initial booking right ? ...No...to be honest , the large call out fee and all the above wasnt the issue ..
The issue is , when the engineer arrived to fix our machine , that had been down for a couple of months (as explained to the original service staff over the phone ) , he said he diagnose the issue as he couldn't put the milkshake mix into the machine...SURELY if this was an imperative item needed to be able to have a service at all , why wasnt we told we needed to buy some of the product so their engeneer could run a test!? ...or again , if this is so essential , and with a £160 call out fee per client , why wouldn't they prewarn of the necessityof having this before taking £200+ from us ? So he went away after poking around at the front of the machine after 20 minutes and said we need to book again , only this time , spend more money on buying the materials he needs to do his job . Why would we have milkshake mix if our machine has been broken down for some multiple weeks? We own 4 other restaurants and were intending on kitting out the others with TAYLOR machines , not going to be heading down that route any more .

Absolutely ridiculous customer services. They booked an engineer for me for Wednesday but noone turned up. Then they rescheduled for Sunday and again noone turned up. When I called office lady told me that you are not registered with us so can't chase an engineer for you. Absolute waste of time. Don't even deserve 1 star rating.
