Such fabulous staff, nothing is too much trouble. One lovely man, whose name sadly I didn't get, went out of his way to help me, bringing stuff into work from his own home. How many places could you get that kind of service!

I’d leave no stars if I could. Customer service really bad. You purchase bathroom items. They ask you to collect and if you don’t, rather than post them to you, they return them to the supplier even though you’ve paid for them. Then when you chase for your order they’re discontinued and they don’t care that they’ve caused you a problem with missing parts and take no responsibility. Definitely NOT recommended.
