I messaged with a complaint about one of the vehicle drivers to the Company Facebook Page who was driving in a very poor and dangerous manner along the A31 today. I have videos of the drivers dangerous driving that I was happy to send to show them. Instead of the Company advising they would look into my complaint, I was just blocked from their social media. This is a company that doesn’t deal with complaints and would rather ignore you instead! Avoid at all costs. Imagine if you had an issue with a job they had done! Very poor Customer Service.
