Unfortunately if you own a Testo product you have no option but to use this company for your service and calibration so I would advise not to buy Testo products
Extremely slow brinking upon useless customer service. Not based on one experience. Same every year.

Got a set of the pressure and temp probes, and love them, very easy to connect and use and saves a lot of time and effort walking back round to where the gauges would of been connected, I can work on the other side of the chiller or from the van and see what my system is doing. Highly recommended.

Not happy with the turnaround time for gas flue analyser calibration. It’s been nearly 3 weeks since I sent it to Testo ltd and I’m still waiting for it to be delivered back! Lost a lot of business due to this. Waste of time. Next time I will try to calibrate in other centre

Urgent Warning . Note to all Gas Engineer. Do not every buy a Testo Flue Gas Analyser, Ive been in the plumbing, heating gas industry for over 22 year. I sent in my 14 month old flue gas analyser for a calibration and a new charger plug after i misplaced it. I was informed at the door of the service centre there is a cost of £109.00 for the calibration of the device, around £40.00 for a the missing charger, i also paid £50.00 for a 3 hour turn around which was fine. After they serviced the device, I was given nearly a £400.00 Bill which included surcharge's for service plan which apprantely come with the device but no one has previous mentioned, nor did any documentation state this when the device was new. They inform if the device is over 18 month old date of manufacture, note not the date you purchased it there will at 75.00 surcharge ontop to recouped the 1st years service they didn't make money from the customer. I have a proof of purchase date to state the device is then 14 months old. There management is not interested and still applied a surcharge's.I have proof of this from the invoice I was made to pay. Again do not use these Con's the FGA device itself it good but the customer services is terrible. I would have been better of buying a new FGA machine every year instead of a service as i know expect they will add on random hidden cost they just add on. These cost works out each year as much as a new unit. Absolute joke, that I have decided to sell my calibrated device and revert back to a New Kane Flue Analyser I've used for nearly 20 year

I'm using Testo instruments especially combustion analysers for over 13 years and I won't change them for any other manufacture, due to reliability, design and convenience of use, very pleased with it.
Recently my 330-2 LL had broke down (for first time, on site after 8 years of use, luckily this minor instrument failure didn't affect my commissioning) took to Testo Ltd. for repairs, and the team at Testo has dealt with this issue quickly and very professionally. Big Thanks to Them ☺☺☺.
After all, I've decided to purchase new 300 series commercial combustion analyser, so I can keep one as a backup when one of them will be sent for the calibration, or repair, no downtime and no stress.

Having brought two of their Flue gas analysers (current model the 310)
I can honestly say the products are well built and good quality.
But their after sales support is terrible!
Paid for a "Premium Service" re-calibration and repair with a guaranteed 3 day turn over, 7 days later, two phone calls and a strongly worded email I'm still without my analyser.
Testo please look after your customers!!!!

Misleading advertising! For the last 2 decades I have purchased and used Testo products but today that will change, in 2014 I purchased a Testo 330-2 LL flue gas analyser as it was advertised and still is as having a 6 year señor life span however today I took it into my Testo service centre and without doing any tests on the unit other than looking at the date stamp on the cells I was told they could only calibrate it if I purchased 2 new cells at a cost of £737.04 (cells only) as they are 5 years old and it would be illegal for them to calibrate my FGA with the current cells in. There is no cell faults with the unit, it simply needs calibration for me to continue business. I'm disgusted with Testo as ether they or there service centre is lying.

I recently purchased the testo 300 combustion analyser and after it was delivered I had some questions regarding the item I received, all the people I spoke to at testo were really helpful and not only they managed to find a solution to my query straight away they also made sure the solution was something I was 100% happy with. Yesterday I spoke to Mark and today to Jason and the lady supervisor (Lindsay if I’m not mistaken) all the people I dealt with were extremely helpful and everyone was willing to go the extra mile to help, what a great business to deal with, amazing customer service, keep up the good work!
