It is rare that I take time to write a review, but I just had to share my experiences with Dale and his wonderful company ! The care and patience they have taken with replacement railings at my Mother's Bungalow has been exemplary, especially with the knowledge that my Mum is very poorly. Dale couldn't have been kinder and his team have done a magnificent job and at a very decent price.

After having several quotes for the work we wanted, we felt a lot more at ease when Grant came round to quote for us, no hard sell and let us decide what we wanted. With Grants help, we decided what we wanted and when the quote came in we're were shocked as we thought it was going to be more when comparing to the other quotes. Wasn't the cheapest and was by no means the most expensive, that wasn't the issue. It's the feeling we had that nothing was too much trouble, no pressure and was definitely left up to us to decide. It's not very often that happens nowadays.

Anyway, was kept very well informed all throughout the fitting of the balustrades and the glass.

We could not be any happier, it's totally transformed our patio. All we need now is the sun to come out and stay out throughout the summer please!!
