I'm a very happy previous customer. Had some railings done for my house a decade ago.

But what's happened to this company?

I've spoken to telephone staff for four days' running (Tuesday to Friday this week this week) asking for a meeting to discuss another project. The main person is "often on site" and they are VERY sorry to not call back, not to worry, but an entry has been made in "the book".

Oh, good.

An entry in the book means... nothing at all if Boss doesn't deal with it.

Anyone want to set up an ironwork business in Maidenhead? There's no competition, that's for sure.

Google doesn't allow zero stars, so have the bare minumum...

Unfortunately, our experience was similar to Matthew Shaw, (below). Initially, a design was provided and the service was somewhat ok, although there was a lot of chasing involved. We tried to modify the design once to get this perfectly right and there have been multiple promises, timelines and call backs that have not been honoured.

The ongoing theme is that the person is busy. There is no value for the customer as other customers are always more important. This has been an ongoing theme pre and post lockdown.

Subsequently, when we offered some constructive criticism after a lot of ongoing frustration, Dave thought it was a good idea to insult our character and make unreasonable excuses.

They seriously need to consider their approach to valuing their customers and not taking them for granted, especially in the current climate.

Not the type of business we recommend dealing with.....
