Unfortunately will not be using again nor will i be recommending again.

I know this is a bespoke service with wait times etc because of this i ordered well in advance of when i was needing the fibreglass A panels that i ordered.

7weeks after ordering and with the Mini fair coming up i emailed to see if they were ready and if so weather i could cancel the postage and collect in person at the Mini fair. My question went unanswered but after a while I received a email with my paid invoice on and the email title of item dispatched with that days date. Happy days they’re on their way!…..

Nothing turned up.

Mini fair came along so i went to the Arc Angels stand and asked in person. The response was i just need to cut them out and you will have them in the week. Im already thinking ive had a email to say they are on the way but never mind. They apparently now just need to be cut out and there coming in the week. Great, I’ll continue to wait.
That week came and went and im still with out my order. Emails go unanswered and when you speak to him you just get told what he thinks you want you want to hear.

I did email to ask for a straight answer due to this putting a hold (not a delay) on my current project. I am unable to line doors and front end up due to waiting on these parts.
I never got a answer and again nothing has arrived. Im too busy to be chasing parts that have had ample time to be made and arrived. At this point im just getting fobbed off.

Id understand if i ordered with a short amount of time passing but we are now in month 3. I have contacted ABS motorsport who can supply me the same part this week!

A social media post by the owner of the company was made at the beginning of this year wanting to up the service and explained a few past issues. How ever this has not materialised. Its a shame as i have ordered a few times in the past and as said put many people his way. I was going to place a order for a flip front fitting kit that i discussed at the Mini show but that will definitely not be going ahead. Poor poor poor customer service.

I won’t be using again.

I opened a ticket with PayPal and asked for a refund in April. So far I have only received part of the amount.

I'm still waiting. Don't buy there. It is only an annoyance.

Just got my little beauty back after Tristan sorting out fitment issues with my front end conversion kit (his heavy duty fiberglass front end with up and over hindge kit) - no fault of the kit just typical minis. He did an absolutely incredible job and am so pleased with everything he's done. These sort of major jobs need expertise to do and after working with him and his team we have come to a glorious outcome. Can't recommend him enough. He also fitted one of his carbon fiber bumpers while he had it and had really set it off lovely. Think it really important to support and work with our small businesses to keep them going and developing these sort of kits and extras. As without our support and feed back they can't keep going.

A terrible experience with this totally unprofessional company. Customer service is non existent by phone or email. No updates on my purchase and took almost a month from purchase to arrive. Items arrived with no instructions or markings. They don't even drill the holes or make necessary cuts to fit to body. Even the rubber fitting strip is not cut to size but supplied in 1 long strip. All in all A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Never again

Ordered a set of the carbon/kevlar door cards with the door lock recess plate. Supplied on time, every fitted really well and the quality was superb. Great company will use again

A BIG thank you to the team at Arc Angels!!! I'm very happy with the milled Carbon Fibre service they offer and the quality of their cutting. Any more Carbon Fibre cutting I have to do will be done by them. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing high precision cutting of Carbon Fibre sheet.

Best advice would be to go elsewhere, it has been a whole year since order was placed and have seen neither the product or a refund! Save yourself a world of hassle and go elsewhere.

Parts arrived damaged, late and in the wrong colour, can i get a hold of them of course not. Waste of money use ABS instead.
