This place is amazing! came with my family to celebrate a birthday, the service was quick and efficient, yet really friendly. Food was lovely and awesome value. Would highly recommend

Looks much better after the renovation, However food was disappointing.
Three large mixed grill's that were ordered all had issues!
One was stone cold, Another missing sausages and the third missing an egg.
Stupidly decided to order puddings and once again had missing items from dishes and nothing like described on the menu.
I understand that Wetherspoons is designed around good value for money and I don't expect an exquisite dinning experience, I do however expect the kitchen staff to be capable of counting.

visited today around 11.30 with the intention of lunch with 2 friends .. done it before and enjoyed it.. not this time.. pub was crowded, tables squashed together and the noise level painful. We stuck it out and ordered food.... my friends meals both arrived .. but not mine.. had to chase it up and when it arrived , it wasnt what I had ordered.. could have complained , but by then my friends had finished their meals and time was getting on. Food ok.. but could have been hotter.... my chicken was luke warm but on the plus side, the chips ( I ordered salad) were lovely.

Brilliant, newly refurbished pub! Service from staff was top-notch. The food and drink were great. Would definitely recommend it to others!

Good place , good atmosphere, a lot of seats.
Customer service is ok when not too busy...
Steaks club on Tuesday is always off not available , missing from menus also Currys club on Thursday not always available. Pizza not available ... Few things like others weathespoon offer they don't have it available, apart from that not a problem at all.

Came in for opening week for some food, the food and drinks were lovely and arrived very quickly. All the staff we very friendly and helpful, definitely would recommend coming here.

Went here with a big group of trans people after we had finished a walk, bar staff all very friendly, other customers friendly too but I feel if they hadn't have been then the bar would have defended us and even when we were playing music outside staff were very nice the way they asked us to turn it off, I didn't use the facilities but heard from others that they are amazing
I had a mini all day fry up and it was proper scrumptious

Things change here towards the evening, friendly atmosphere to hostile if you put a hat on to leave premises whilst still inside.
A foreign security person said remove hat to my friend (who was black) you not go pass me until hat off ? even though raining outside.
Then the female manager tried to deflate everything by saying it was their policy of no hats allowed to be worn in pub, even though I pointed out someone sitting nearby was drinking with one on (cap) this only caused more problems as the managers girlfriend stepped in aggressively which didn’t help tbh.
Even some of the other doorman looked a bit bewildered by this and laughing to themselves when someone pointed out the foreign security person had only been on duty for less than an hour and started 3-4 arguments and it was only 6pm.
Otherwise a normal day/night in Epsom ?
