Ordered 5 x "in loving memory of Grandad balloons". Arrived in a scrunched up sandwich bag, and 1 balloon was blank. I have photos and videos to prove. Due to balloons being blown up on the morning of the memorial event, this left 1 grandchild extremely upset & distressed they had a blank balloon when the other 4 grandchildren didn't. Owner not helpful at all, unprofessional and dismissive. Quality of printed letters on the balloons not great either. Won't be ordering from this company again. UPDATE - RESPONSE FROM OWNER BELOW UNSURPRISING. BALLOONS DEFINITELY CAME FROM THIS COMPANY. IT IS EXTREMELY CONCERNING THE OWNER DOES NOT WELCOME ANY NEGATIVE FEEDBACK OR CONSTRUCTIVE CRITISISM.

I ordered 100 printed balloons and they were superb.
Excellent quality, arrived sooner than expected and quick responses.
They emailed me a picture of what my balloon would look like before printing them - this part of the service was very helpful. I was able to see a blown up version before giving the go ahead for the rest to be printed.
Fantastic quality and can be filled with helium.
The balloons were just perfect, I’ll be ordering more for future occasions.

I have bought custom printed balloons as giveaways for children coming in to our store and each time they have been perfect! They are strong and blow up to a great size too and the children have all loved them. I will definitely be purchasing more again in the future. Keep up the good work guys!
