I have always received excellent service from Bathroom Village, there is a very large range to choose from and suit all budgets. The prices are competitive compared with on-line suppliers. My last purchase was a one stop visit, I was able to take away on the day 2 basins and cabinets, 2 mirror cabinets, shower and toilet, all good quallity and great value. I had no issues with any of the items, but I knew if I had, it would have been just a trip down the road rather than a stream of emails to resolve the issue.

My wife (julie) and i purchased items from here after a consultation with Paul.We were extremely happy with the customer service and honest,friendly and ease with which were treated.All items for changing our bath to walk in shower are amazing and so beautiful.Now fitted we had to say a huge thanks to all at Bathroom Village & have already encouraged our neighbour to visit for a similar alteration to ours.Once agsin tbanks all and " special" shout out to the amazing " PAUL"..

We popped in to have a look and ended up ordering a full bathroom after seeing an ex display vanity unit. The showroom displays are vast and full of inspiration .Jordan, extremely knowledgeable assisted us with our requirements whilst Paul finalised the order and arranged delivery. Ordered online but received no confirmation. Went in to inquire July 2020. No social distancing being observed. No-one even acknowledged me. Phoned up to then be told they don't do online ordering, even though I recreated the order online while I was speaking to them. Was eventually informed I had an 'attitude'. That's OK, plenty of other businesses happy to take my money.

Had a really nice selection of products and catalogues to browse through and though it was a little cluttered and cramped. The young staff member was nice and Informative and I'd love to shop with them once we've saved our budget for the project.
