Delivery driver was vile and rude when I asked if he could take my signature at my door which didn’t include any stairs or lifts. After his refusal I went outside to sign and he took the bed away before I managed to catch him. Very strange behaviour and extremely disappointing as the bed was bought for my sick child who was being discharged from hospital. Couldn’t offer another delivery for over a week so had to cancel completely. Very bad experience. I cannot express my anger towards the delivery driver enough, absolutely no need for this bizarre behaviour for no apparent reason whatsoever!

Delivery driver was vile and disgusting I just had a baby and ask him to help bring the bed I ordered upstairs for me instead of simply answering me he shouted at me and call the office instead of me speak to the person in the office he continued to speak over me not allowing me to speak the advisor I think his behavior was disgusting and was not called for . Furthermore more I catch everything on my door bell.
