Massive shout out to the team at Bike Shed. They have proper sorted me out now with a service on one bike and then on the other fitted a half link chain and even went the extra mile and took my bracket apart and greased it to make it run smoother, for no extra cost! They love what they do and have a passion for ensuring every customer is happy. Thanks lads!

Really like these guys, very friendly and as my bike took only a few minutes to fix, these great guys offered to do it for free. Obviously I gave them a tenner. Highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing
despite being in ramsgate
these people are worth the treck
Had my Bike serviced and repaired by Chris yesterday and he was amazing very professional and happy to help me my rear axel was snapped and front axel needed to be adjusted chris was very knowledgeable and advised me my bottom bracket has a few more months left
The team here are honest and realistic with there finds and will help you save money wherever possible

I will defiantly be back in the future for what i had done all done for the grand price of £30 amazing

Absolutely brilliant customer service. Always so welcoming and will do anything to help and provide what you need. The rental bikes and trailer were in excellent condition and all ready and waiting making it very convenient when with a family. Brilliant customer service. My son’s bike seat broke on the way back from school. They replaced his seat and pumped up his tyres while he waited for a really good price. A real local gem of a business!

Had a flat on our jogging buggy and fortunately came across the Bike Shed. Met a chap called James who had great customer service skills and diagnosed the problem. James acknowledged we had young children and advised us that he would call us when fixed. We thought that was very considerate.

I've been using the bike shed since 2017. Fantastic people with knowledge and kind hearts. Always able to help and are really down to earth. I won't go to any other bike shop in Kent because of the amazing service The Bike Shed offers.
