Had a slight issue with a product order online and called the store. The dude was helpful on the phone and basically sorted out the issue in about a minute or so. Will order from them again without a doubt. Service seems better than rollersnakes in my opinion and think I’m making the switch on my next board

the delivery doesn’t update , I selected 1-3 “working days” and being told I’ll receive my order on the 9th when I placed the order on 3rd from the Yodel confirmation and the deck has scratches and marks from how it was packed

Brilliant shop with so much stock on display - seriously, I could have stayed there for hours checking out all the decks.

The service was exceptional. They offered sound advice based on what's right for me. Prices are amazing too, there are some real bargains waiting to be snapped up, and you don't have to search for them! If you're looking for something more exclusive, I'd say they have that covered too.

I'm definitely taking my skateboard needs there from now on.

*Note: I already had these wheels, if you're wondering why there are rollerskate wheels on there... that's all me. The chaps in the shop helped me make it work though - Thanks guys.

Asked the guys if they could shoot out some Independent x Primitive trucks to me as quickly as possible as I was due to move house within a few days of the order, they had a tracking number for me within 5 minutes of my order and it had shipped to me within a few business days, just in time for my move. Great local skate shop. Bought my son his first scooter as he’s taken an interest in transition and street scooting. Received great advice having very little knowledge on scooters myself. I left with a super light scooter, for a great price, that has served my son well.

Saw a great selection of skate (board) products so this will be my local from now on.
