I have now had 2 piercings done here by Rachel. The advice, the patience and the after care was amazing. A great atmosphere, everyone is very chatty and helpful.
I then took my 8 year old daughter to get her ears pierced for the 1st time and the service, care and patience was out of this world. Rachel took the time to engage with my daughter and explain why she was taking her time lining the piercings up.
After the first one, my daughter was reluctant to do the second but also desperate to get it done. Both Rachel and Jon were amazing when dealing with a very emotional 8 year old and 40 mins later both ears were done.
I cannot recommend the Bug & Pin enough for the professional way that they do things. Amazing

As somebody with severe anxiety and I was also suffering with agrophobia these guys went above and beyond to ensure I felt safe, calm and relaxed. Literally could not fault them. I love my tattoo and it was such an important memorial piece for me. Cannot wait to go back xxxx

Travelling from Australia and collecting tattoos on my journey! Spontaneously walked into this tattoo shop, not really knowing what to expect or the availability! Had the warmest greeting from John, who was more than happy to accommodate to me. Instantly felt so comfortable, listened to and at ease about getting a spontaneous tattoo. I had my tragus pierced 2 weeks ago with my step daughter she had her nose done Both of the ladies were lovely and reassuring. They made us feel at ease. It was very clean and professional. We would return in the future. Had no problems with our piercings. Thank you.

Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, and Jon spoke me through everything he was doing from before the tattoo, during the tattoo and the aftercare. The tattoo itself is absolutely stunning, capturing everything I hoped it to be and more. Thank you so much to the team for calming my nerves, and for a beautiful tattoo.
