I requested a quote from The Cardboard Box Co on behalf of my client, who wanted to order a large amount of bespoke printed corrugated boxes suitable for sending out product samples via post. Over two weeks later and I still haven’t had a response or even an acknowledgment that my quote had been received. We have now moved on to work with another supplier.

The website does specify that they are unable to respond to every enquiry due to the large amount of enquiries received, so I assume they’re not in need of new custom.
