It's a lovely venue. The staff were all very courteous and nice people. The price of drinks at the bar was very reasonable. Lots of space, great catering for "canapes". An enjoyable experience overall despite the sound system being too loud. The only let down for me was the toilets as they could do with an overhaul in relation to the rest of the venue

Great size room for 200 people for a football presentation, fair drinks prices, kids had a great time on the dance floor. Food was provided but a bit cold when served, so so for the food and only 1 person serving so took a while to get any food

I had my 18th here and it was the best night. The staff were amazing and friendly. Would highly recommend this place the room was perfect size and the food was lovely l. Thank you so much for making my 18th special ❤️

Fantastic venue, plenty of dancing room or should I say spinning room!!!!
Food outstanding and plenty of it.
Exceptionally helpful and friendly staff so much so I have just booked our wedding for early next year.

Held our presentation evenings here, staff are fantastic, no issues at all, sound and lighting is great, plenty of room and tables chairs, food options, would use for any future events!

Nice room but way too many let downs.

First of all, before booking the room I asked about drinks prices. I was told lager was £3.20, premium lager £3.50, vodka and mixer £3.00. Turned up on the night to be charged £3.70, £4.00 & £3.50. When I complained the manager said she could only apologise and gave me 2 cans of fosters as a good will gesture. Pathetic!

The DJ I had booked myself, called in earlier on in the day to see what equipment he needed to bring himself. He was told he could use the powered speakers that were already in the room. He arrived half an hour before the party started to find that they were all wired up wrong, leads were faulty and had problems with the sound all night. When he enquired about the problem he was told that they didn't know how to set it up and 'have a play about' to try and get everything working. I also spent an hour myself trying to resolve the issue, with no luck.

I was told on the night that if any food / plates / decorations were left then I would be charged £75 cleaning fee. When I explained that I had not been told this in advance, the manager said she would waiver the charge because I had not been informed and because of the 'misunderstanding' over the drinks prices. I don't understand how they can waiver a charge that I hadn't had yet. I was then told by another member of staff that they would clean up after the party was over anyway.

Towards the end of the night I started putting food together so there wasn't as many trays. When I turned round the bar staff were following behind me putting it in bin bags! I had not asked her to do this. When I challenged her about it she said 'You was doing it too slow.' That was irrelevant because I wasn't even throwing the food away at this point. Seeing as though she had already thrown half of the food, and I wasn't very happy at this point, I just walked away and told her to throw the rest of it.

The room was way too cold. A heater was put out and my little boy touched it and burned his hand. Luckily it wasnt too bad. After running it under cold water and a bit of tlc he was fine.

Plates and cutlery where left behind to be picked up the day after, only to go back and be told that no plates or cutlery was left. I know these were left because I left them myself.

I will definitely not be booking here again and would not recommend. I feel like I was robbed for the £150.00 that I payed.

I had a fantastic night with the soul and motown evening, great atmosphere and loved the two singers coco and chanel, would have love it if they was on longer, nice place.
