A cold and wet Saturday afternoon with a rotational squeak problem.
' Bring it in Sunday morning
and we can have a look ' . Sunday morning, first job, Jamie replaces the b/b bearing and strips and cleans the freehub - reassembled, road tested and now squeak free. Jamie also served up a great coffee!
Alongside some interesting bike brands and niche bike build options, plus an intelligent choice of cycling accessories, encouragingly Stefan and Jamie excelled by delivering a thoughtful customer experience.

Took an incredible ride up Leith Hill. Punctured on the way back and not knowing the area, we needed a 'hail Mary'.
Enter Stefan and his team at The Cycle Collective.

Excellent service, and we got safely back to Kingston.

It may be a 40 minute drive for us, BUT, it will be the bike shop we use from now on.

I visited The Cycle Collective a few weeks back after seeing their social media page pop up.
I was absolutely blown away on first impressions by how clean and well presented the shop is. Then add that to helpful and knowledgeable staff. It is a winner in my opinion. Amazing coffee as well makes this perfect for a coffee stop during a ride.
I met David yesterday for a bike fit and am really impressed with the initial result. David was practical in his approach and has set the bike up to match my immediate needs whilst discussing future possibilities.
If you are considering visiting to look around or to book a bike fit then 100% go for it. You will not be disappointed.
Great work from the whole team and looking forward to visiting more in the future. Thank you guys for being welcoming, honest, friendly, and most of all a great bike shop.

The owner is fantastic. Very knowledgeable about all things bikes and gives some great advice. He makes the whole experience very personable.

Absolutely amazing experience from initial enquiry to finally receiving my built bike. Stefan was incredibly patient with me and guided me to the perfect bike which met my criteria and budget. Would happily recommend The Cycle Collective to anyone after a new bike or needing bike servicing/upgrades. They also have a lovely cafe area with great cinnamon buns!
