An amazing, treasure of a bike shop in Norfolk! Was riding the first day of the Rebellion Way, when I ran into difficulty with a stuck brake pad on the front wheel. Luckily this happened just before Diss and was able to get the bike to Cycle Shack. The guys here were amazing and quickly had my bike back on the road. So sad this isn’t my local bike shop! My husband picked up a side wall puncture whilst riding the Rebellion Way. Dropped by on the off chance that we could get some help and advice. Fitted new tyre and tube and got us quickly back on the road. What.a fantastic example of a proper, local bike shop with a really friendly and knowledgeable team. An Aladdin’s cave of everything a cyclist needs. Highly recommend a visit.

I have to say that this shop is excellent all round. The choice of bikes and equipment is vast along with the staff's knowledge. A great family setup where every customer gets the treatment that they deserve. I popped in to ask some advice about electric bikes and after a frank chat about my needs and the pros and cons of each type and style. I was offered a test drive in the style they recommended and it blew me away. After a quick pop home to get my old bike which they gave me a more than fair part exchange price on and helped me remove my accessories from too I bought the bike. Thanks to all staff involved my family have bought 4 bikes here in the last 3 years and been great experience each time.

Edit just had bike serviced and great service again and great price too. Plus they cleaned the bike too. Brilliant 👏 highly recommended
