I wish I could give 0 stars!!!
The worst experience ever! I missed one payment for whatever reason, had money in the account, went abroad and my account was blocked. 1 day I was late and I payed straight away and after a week I received 95£ charge and a day after I received 190£ charge. I paid cause I don’t wanna have bad credit and things like that but they are ripping people off!! They deserve closed and fined to the roof and back! How can companies like that get away with these scams and we put one finger wrong and pay fines like clowns!!? Shame on them!!!!!

One star is to many. This company adds items that you haven't asked for or been made aware of to your invoice and when you call they are very rude, if you try to email you won't get a reply.

In almost 15 years, in business this is the only negative review I've ever left. The company gets off to a good start before gradually increasing prices for fuel until they are massively over forecourt prices, they also add on additional costs after a while. I asked our workforce (only had four cards) to stop using it as I had cancelled the account. Turns out fuelcard dint close the account, kept charging me and even added around a £200 non usage fee!!. Asked for it back and they said no because they can charge for three months after i ask for the account to be closed.
Eventually got hold of customer services and the operator basically agreed with me what a shambles they were. If this post stops one person joining it will seem worthwhile. Avoid at all costs, because it will cost you more than they first tell you.

Terrible company to try and get hold of , firstly was promised at the start cheaper than forecourt prices, a few months in we found out we was paying nearly 10p per litre than the forecourt price, trying to get hold of them to discuss this was a nightmare , wasn’t bother to help and keep us as a customer with 2 fuel card which was additional £25 each a year , massive rip off. PATHETIC! AVOID!!! In over 45 yers of business I can safely say this is the worst company I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Honestly there are FAR better suppliers are available, it's even worth paying a penny or two more to get decent account management (when I say decent - any would have been a start). Had three accounts for three companies all supposedly linked. I'd sneeze and they would use that as an excuse to put a price up on any one of them randomly. When challenged there would be endless excuses and battles, I proved on every occasion that they were wrong but no refund was ever given to me against my overcharged invoices. Was once even told to wait three months and everything should settle down. hahahah, nope. To this very day (well until account closure last week) one of may accounts would have been paying over 5p per litre more than the others. Now with Drivecard and loving the support and trouble & stress free experience I'm having. No support and no-one cares! Avoid, you've been warned. unfortunately I have to give one star.

Been dealing with Stuart Sharland, Had to cancel using the pre paid option with this company. He constantly changed the prices hoping you wouldn't notice. Some times I was being charged 23p more than what it was at the pumps. I always emailed when noticed and his excuse was always a computer error. I brought up that it clearly wasn't the first time judging by the reviews. At the point of cancelling he offered me £100 compensation which I never saw and now he doesn't answer my emails. Took over a month to get the £45 balance refunded. Although I think it was more, I cant quite be sure as I got locked out my account as soon as I phoned. Save yourself the hassle just don't use them.

Total scaTotal con! However I Have successfully taken them to court for a full refund! Please Please do the same.
They had added hundreds of charges to my account without my approval or acknowledgment. They send emails hidden that look like adverts with and automatic increase in services then have an opt out button if you don’t click on automatically add fees to your bill. They started off charging less for fuel than direct at the pump, then now it’s way more expensive ! Cancel your cards ASAP
I gave them a week to refund me over £850 and they refused. I paid £70 through the small claims court and they emailed me in days to settle out of court. They tried to get me to sign a gagging order to stop this review and I refused to accept it. They settled the claim in full one week later under my terms not there's. They know exactly what they are doing and I hope more people take them to court off the back of my success m avoid at all costs.

Be aware!Ripoff company! Charges for everything possible. Customer service completely useless. Been told numerous times to wait for call back, never happened.
Finally direct debit failed it just because of their staff uselessness still been paid on the same day by bank transfer. £95 failed dd charge and now they want £2000 deposit to reactivate the card?
No Thanks ? Bye.
