Fantastic. I needed an arch to go above a garden doorway. We worked quickly from an initial sketch to final design, and fabrication was quick (and fits perfectly). I'm delighted with the end result. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

We needed a low-level railing for our new flat roof. I had seen no off-the shelf products to meet our requirement. David Daniel was very helpful and worked up drawings which we discussed and amended to suit. David was flexible and gave good advice and we are delighted with the quality of the work. I would recommend them to anyone looking for customised railings.

I had an estimate for a Balcony Railing and paid 50 percent (£936) as deposit on 15th of March 2021. The quoted time period was 10 to 14 weeks. I was sent a design for approval after 11 weeks. This was after I sent numerous emails for an update. I was also told that the company was fully confident to fulfill the order within the quoted time period. Two more weeks passed after that message but no communication from the company. I wrote on 14th of June for an urgent reply with a confirmed date of installation. No reply for two days. It's a very disappointing service from the company. It sat on my £936 for over three months. I have now asked for the refund. Lets see how long it takes to refund my deposit.

I am writing this on 19th of June. Immediately after I wrote the above, the company sent me an email stating that the time had not expired but, at the same time, stated that it won't be done before 5th of July. Its the same company who were VERY CONFIDENT three weeks ago that they will fulfill the order within the quoted time.

So it shows that they never intented to fulfill the order within the quoted time

It's not finished yet. Regarding my deposit, now the company wants to deduct a fee for the drawings from my deposit. They had never mentioned a separate fee for the drawings on their Estimate. This shows the standards of the company that wants to deduct anything possible from my deposit. God knows when they are able to refund the deposit or not. But they are forgetting that people have access to legal actions.

They are not even worth 1 star.

I’m really disappointed in the accusations you have made against me accusing me off a bad review that you repeatedly accuse me off with out even having the slightest bit off facts you have had many people come and go with the same matter as I did but thought it was appropriate to hand pick me out as I was the one who left not long ago. I wouldn’t even think about righting a bad review I would off appreciated it more if you rang me and not mention my name before pointing fingers and going against data protect and mentioning my name and slandering me on your reviews for everyone to see as it doesn’t look good on both sides as now it’s been three days since you mentioned my name and slandered me over your reviews for everyone to see and make me out to bad I have gone to citizen advice I have spoken to a solisitor and ombudsman who is currently dealing with this matter and taking it seriously I have nothing against you or your company. And I just want to be left alone is peace as I have had nothing but hassle and threats from unknown numbers from people and the i don’t need this specially when I have a 5 month old son and now my current job could be in jeopardy all thanks to you !! If your a proud family run business things like this should be kept in house and not plastered all your site . All this needs to STOP NOW!!

Called to obtain an estimate for automated gates/security system and some general guidance only to find myself speaking to a very abrupt female who accused ME of being "offhand". Hung up - cost herself a 4 figure sale, as I live only a few miles away and wanted to use a local firm. Gobsmacked - if this is the sales end of the operation, I can only imagine the service aspect is appalling!
